The speaker for the next meeting of the Genealogy Committee is still being selected, but the meeting will take place at the Mildred Lankard Thomas Library, Kittanning, Pennsylvania, from 2 to 4 PM on Sunday, June 5, 2011.
Possible programs include Civil War topics such as soldiers from Armstrong County, actors in costume portraying various historical figures, or Pete Harmon on Kittanning Online and Wick City.
The library will be available for research during the meeting. These meetings are free and open to the public,
